The AI People Readiness Pulse™

Five minutes. Four dimensions. A clearer picture of where your team stands before the dashboard reflects it.

0 of 8 questions answered
AI transformation is moving fast. The technology is ready. The question most organizations aren't asking is whether their people are.

This assessment measures where your team stands across the four dimensions that most directly determine whether AI adoption delivers or stalls: trust, clarity, meaning, and adaptability. Your results are immediate.

1
Reduce Fear
How well your team trusts the intent behind the technology, and whether that trust is visible to you.
Scale On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you believe your team members trust that this AI initiative is being introduced to help them, not replace them?
Why this question: This asks you to step out of your own perspective and think about what your team actually believes, not what you've told them. The number you choose here is the single most predictive indicator of whether your rollout will face friction.
1: Very low trust10: Very high trust
Select one Which of the following best describes how fear and uncertainty are currently showing up on your team?
Why this question: This helps you think through how visible the fear conversation has been on your team, and whether you've been listening for it or waiting for it to surface on its own. Fear rarely announces itself.
2
Create Clarity
Whether your team has a clear picture of how their roles are evolving, or is quietly operating in the dark.
Scale On a scale of 1 to 10, how clearly have you communicated to your team how their roles and responsibilities will change as AI handles more tasks?
Why this question: This asks you to assess not just whether you've communicated, but whether what you've communicated has actually landed. A town hall is a start. Role-level clarity for each person is a different thing entirely.
1: No communication yet10: Fully communicated
Select one Which statement best describes where your team is right now in terms of understanding what AI will and won't change about their work?
Why this question: This helps you locate where your team is on the clarity continuum. Try to answer from their perspective, not from what you've intended to communicate. Those two things are often further apart than leaders expect.
3
Preserve Meaning
Whether your team still feels their human contribution is valued, and whether the Meaning Gap is already forming.
Scale On a scale of 1 to 10, how confident are you that your team members still feel their human contribution is valued and irreplaceable, not just their task output?
Why this question: This asks you to think beyond job security and into something more personal. People can keep their title and lose their sense of purpose at the same time. Think about the energy and initiative you're seeing from your team right now.
1: Very low confidence10: Very high confidence
Select one Which of the following best describes how your team is experiencing the shift in their daily work as AI takes on more tasks?
Why this question: Gradual disengagement rarely triggers an alarm. It shows up as slightly less initiative, slightly less spark, slightly more going through the motions. Take a moment to think honestly about what you've been observing.
4
Build Adaptability
Whether the conditions for genuine adaptability are in place, or whether your team is complying rather than truly adapting.
Scale On a scale of 1 to 10, how prepared do you feel to lead your team through the human side of this AI transition, not the technology side, but the trust, identity, and meaning side?
Why this question: This asks about a kind of preparation that rarely shows up in implementation plans. You may feel very ready to manage the technology rollout and much less certain about leading the human experience of it. Both are worth knowing.
1: Not at all prepared10: Fully prepared
Select one If AI freed up five or more hours a week for your team members, what would most likely happen to that capacity in your organization right now?
Why this question: This helps you think through whether efficiency is being treated as a means or as the end goal. What does your honest read of the organization tell you would actually happen to that time?
