Give Your Leaders What AI Skills Training Can't

A live training session for the leaders driving your AI transformation, built around three outcomes:

Faster AI Adoption, Higher Trust in Leadership, and AI Investments that Actually Deliver.

The Human Dividend™ | A Leader's Guide to AI Transformation

The Real Challenge Is Human, Not Technical

Most AI transformation budgets go where you’d expect: tools, automation, efficiency, and the skills training that teaches your people which buttons to press. All of that matters. None of it decides whether the rollout actually works.

What determines success lives below the surface: trust, clarity, confidence, meaning, and adaptability. BCG’s 2026 research backs this up directly: 70% of AI transformation success relies on people and culture, not the technology. The leaders who close that gap are the ones whose teams actually adopt AI.

The cost of skipping that gap already shows up in the numbers: 42% of generative AI initiatives get abandoned before they ever reach production, up from 17% just a year earlier, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Skills training teaches your people to use a tool. It doesn’t touch why they don’t trust it, why they fear it, or why they quietly work around it. That’s the part this training is built to close.

From Diagnosis to Practice

If you’ve already run the AI People Readiness Pulse or the Human Dividend Assessment, you know where your team stands today. This training is where that awareness turns into practiced leadership behavior: the specific moves your leaders make in real conversations, not another data point on a dashboard.

Haven’t run a diagnostic yet? You don’t need one to start here. This session stands on its own, giving your leaders a framework for the human side of AI transformation whether or not you’ve measured it first.

To be clear, the human side is NOT a soft add-on to the technical rollout. It’s what decides whether the rollout works. An AI tool your team doesn’t trust or actually use delivers nothing, however sophisticated it is or how much training they received. Gallup’s research backs up what that gap is worth: engaged employees are 23% more profitable. The technology gets you the tools. This training is what gets your people using them and producing measurable business results.

What's Inside the Session

This isn’t a lecture on AI tools. It’s a practical, research-backed leadership session built around four pieces your leaders can use the moment they’re back at their desk.

The AI Trust Audit™
Five questions your leaders can use in a one-on-one, a team meeting, or a pre-rollout pulse survey, to find out where their people actually stand, not where they say they stand. We’ll tailor these for your leaders.

The Relief Question: What’s the most draining part of your week that you wish AI could do for you?
The Identity Question: What part of your work makes you feel most valued?
The Transparency Question: What’s the biggest rumor you’ve heard about AI in our company?
The Capacity Question: If AI freed up five hours a week, what would you finally have the passion to lead?
The Trust Question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you believe this technology is being brought in to help you versus replace you?

Three Irreplaceable Human Capacities™
AI produces more output every year. These three capacities are what stay entirely human, and what your leaders learn to spot and strengthen in their people. We’ll tailor these for your leaders.

Discernment: Judgment that weighs context, not just AI output. Someone still has to decide which output to trust, which to challenge, and which to throw out.
Relational Intelligence: The trust and connection AI can’t build for you. Reading what someone needs versus what they ask for, navigating conflict, and repairing trust are uniquely human skills.
Purpose-Driven Judgment: Decisions anchored to meaning and strategy, not just output. Connecting a decision to what your organization stands for, and asking for the right answer, not just the optimized one.

The AI Maturity Continuum

Your leaders place their own team on a four-level continuum, from Elementary School to Graduate School, using AI as a genuine strategic partner. They leave knowing exactly where their team stands today, and what it takes to move up a level. We’ll determine where your team’s skills are across this continuum to optimize their adoption plan.

Four Leadership Moves

Four moves your leaders practice in the session and use back at their desk the same day.
Reduce Fear: Acknowledge the fear directly and normalize it, without making it bigger than it is.
Create Clarity: Anchor people to what isn’t changing: their value, your commitment, the mission.
Preserve Meaning: Connect freed-up capacity to judgment, creativity, and relationships, not just more tasks.
Build Adaptability: Give one concrete next step your team can act on immediately.

Choose the Format That Fits Your Team

Every session runs the same core content. The format and length just change how your team engages with it.

Session Length
60-Minute Session: The full core framework, delivered at a fast, focused pace. Works well for a lunch-and-learn or a single leadership meeting slot.
90-Minute Session: Everything in the 60-minute session, plus extended time for the Trust Audit exercise and role-play practice.
3-Hour Workshop: Everything in the 90-minute session, plus even more extended time for the Trust Audit exercise and role-play practice in the Human Dividend conversations.

Delivery Style
Lecture + Q&A: A focused walkthrough of the full framework, with an open floor at the end for your leaders’ own AI adoption questions. Best for larger groups, tighter timelines, or teams who want the framework laid out clearly before they discuss it.
Facilitated Learning: Short teaching segments paired with live polls and group discussion. Leaders test the Trust Audit on each other and close with a spoken commitment to one concrete move. Best for mid-sized groups ready to engage, not just listen.
Interactive Workshop: Hands-on from the start. Leaders draft their own Trust Audit, map their team on the Maturity Continuum, and practice the framework in role-play pairs. Best for teams who learn by doing and want to leave with something written and practiced.

Every format includes live facilitation by Bernie Borges, the AI Trust Audit, the Four Leadership Moves framework, and a take-home commitment tied to what each leader just practiced.

Where the Learning Continues

Most training experiences fade within weeks. This one doesn’t, because the session isn’t the end of it. Every session is followed by a short reinforcement sequence: three brief check-ins sent out in the days, weeks, and months after class. Each one asks a specific reflection question tied to what your leaders just practiced, and takes less than two minutes to read.
