The Fulfilled@Work Academy was founded by Bernie Borges, a leadership consultant, speaker, and creator of the Fulfillment Centric Leadership™ framework. After realizing that a lack of clarity and values alignment was keeping him stuck, Bernie set out to redefine what it means to lead well. Because when leaders lead well, they don’t just perform better, they shape stronger workplace cultures and inspire the kind of loyalty that drives retention.
