What if you could wake up on Monday actually looking forward to your work week, not because you landed the “perfect” job (spoiler: it doesn’t exist), but because your work truly aligned with who you are and what matters most to you?
If you’ve ever felt that quiet dissatisfaction you can’t quite name, the loss of energy, the second guessing, the sense that you’ve outgrown your role, you’re not alone. The Thriving in Midlife Report reveals that while 61% of professionals feel highly fulfilled in their careers, nearly 40% experience moderate to low fulfillment. That gap is the signal, and it doesn’t go away on its own.
I know this firsthand.
Years ago, I was a cofounder in a successful startup. On the surface, things looked great; speaking gigs, recognition, a strong professional brand. But inside, I felt empty. I didn’t know how to talk about it, and frankly, I felt like an imposter.
Everything shifted when I took out a pen and paper and wrote down my core values: family dinners, physical and mental health, time in nature, creativity, and impact. Then I examined how my life, including my career, matched up against those values. The exercise was revealing. I saw exactly where I was aligned and, more importantly, where I was wildly out of sync. That clarity fueled the action plan that changed everything.
This is the foundation of my Fulfilled@Work™ Mastermind, a live, small-group experience where you’ll use the Values & Fulfillment Alignment Guide to assess your fulfillment across five life pillars: Health, Fitness, Career, Relationships, and Legacy. You’ll identify your top values, measure how well your life aligns with them, and explore practical ways to close the gaps. I lead the discussions, providing coaching alongside peer support from 5–10 like-minded individuals in your cohort.
Why five pillars?
Because you can’t fully transform your career in isolation. Just as you can’t leave your legs in the waiting room at the dentist, you can’t improve your work life without considering the rest of you. A high-pressure job that wrecks your health or strains your relationships isn’t fulfillment, it’s burnout in disguise.
In the mastermind, you’ll meet remotely twice a month for three months. Together, we’ll:
🗝️ Clarify where your work and life are misaligned.
🗝️ Explore changes that protect your energy and values.
🗝️ Take weekly, real-world actions toward greater fulfillment.
🗝️ Build the confidence, focus, and support to move forward.
This is not therapy. It’s not a course. It’s an immersive, action-oriented space where you make progress—not perfection—toward a career that energizes rather than drains you.
When I went through my transformation, I didn’t have a small group of peers walking alongside me. You will. Many participants form connections that turn into lasting friendships beyond our three months together.
